Register:

For an apartment, house or other property on ImmoBelgica.be FREE for sale or rent to offer, you must first register with a valid e-mail address and password. (Log)

Before you can you must register first. Click the "Register". Once there, follow the instructions.

The registration in overview:
Click "Register"
Are you already registered at ImmoBelgica, enter your email address and password and you can login.
Are you an individual: If you are not registered, enter your valid e-mail address and password in the form desired.
Are you a RealEstate agency: Enter also fields marked with an asterisk * in, they are compulsory. This information is later reflected in your ads!
Read our terms of use and do not forget to accept.
Click on "Register".

Congratulations!
Your account is now activated, You can now "My ImmoBelgica 'ads. There is also an email sent to you confirming your registration.

Now you can login. Through "My ImmoBelgica can place ads, monitor, modify and edit.


Place an ad:

Residential real estate agencies and can use all the services Immo Belgica has to offer.

Your ad will be posted immediately and can be found in "My ImmoBelgica" and you can see your ad on the      "Home" page under " New "(the last-placed ads)

Tips:

The more information of the object gives, the more your ad is viewed, the more success!
Provide an interesting title that stands out from others. Make sure that this title is a brief description of the object, it will attract potential buyers and tenants.
Describe additional bonus points as location, facilities, etc. on your property.
Enter as much information from your object.
Pictures often speak louder than words. Add meaningful photos of your item.

Search:

On ImmoBelgica you can easily search for an item. Fill in the search box "Search" on the Home page all relevant information for you to apply. Then click on the heading "Search". A page that meets your needs. Under this page you can click "Next" to move to the next page. Do you have found something that you would like more information, click on the title or the picture. Will appear a page with all relevant details of this item. Is a private seller or landlord, please contact us through this the phone number listed below or by contact form and press "Send" button. The seller or letter will contact you as soon as possible.
